    Simply put, we produce the finest marketing and design floor plans available for residential and commercial real estate projects. With our "Deluxe" as-built floor plans, we focus on accuracy and detail. Measurements are to the inch, and plans are drawn to scale. Fixtures, features and relevant exterior spaces are depicted with precise detail, and accurately measured square footage numbers corresponding to ANSI Standards are provided. The presentation is very professional, and is custom branded with your personal and/or company logos upon request, free of charge. This is the perfect product for designers, and the marketing of "high-end" real estate listings.

    The process starts with a field survey. We will meet you at the property to draw sketches and take laser measurements. Back at our office, we will draft your floor plans in CAD software. Finally, we'll create and deliver your PDF floor plan brochures, offering complimentary MLS and web hosting.

    How much will it cost?

    Our "Pricing Guide" included in this website will help you to estimate what your final cost will be. Decks, patios and porches are drawn free of charge (unless very large and/or intricate). Parking must be provided for field surveys in difficult parking areas, and travel outside of metro Boston may be subject to a surcharge.

    How soon can I get the finished product?

    Our "Deluxe Floor Plans" feature a high degree of detail and accuracy, so it stands to reason that they may take a little longer to produce than simple marketing floor plans. While we will always do our best to meet your deadline, a good estimate would be to allow 24 hours for every 1500 sq. ft. of property measured.
